Metron TFE EVO è una soluzione custom che permette al triatleta di raggiungere il perfetto equilibrio tra comfort e velocità, beneficiando di una guida più fluida, controllata e divertente. E non è tutto, perché la maggior lunghezza del fondello e la forma ergonomica permettono:

Il motivo? Non si tratta semplicemente di “adattabilità meccanica” ma di un approccio ingegneristico pensato per integrare cockpit aerodinamici avanzati. Per fare qualche esempio concreto di compatibilità, abbiamo scelto alcuni tra i telai di riferimento nel panorama triathlon moderno: Argon 18 E-117 (o E-119), Canyon Speedmax CFR e Cervélo P5 (Tab. 2).

Compatibilità, uno dei pilastri della filosofia Vision
Sulle Argon 18 E-117 / E-119, il sistema utilizza uno specifico “bridge” dedicato che consente l’installazione delle TFE EVO mantenendo invariata la geometria front-end originale della bici. Questo permette agli atleti di aggiornare le estensioni senza alterare stack e reach progettati in fase di bike fitting.
Nel caso della Canyon Speedmax CFR, invece, la compatibilità è ancora più evoluta: le TFE EVO lavorano direttamente con gli spacer e la bulloneria originali Canyon. Il risultato è un’integrazione pulita, senza adattamenti invasivi, preservando aerodinamica e semplicità di manutenzione.
Sulla Cervélo P5, uno dei benchmark assoluti nelle competizioni di triathlon lunga distanza o gare a cronometro, l’utilizzo del bridge dedicato consente invece di installare le estensioni mantenendo continuità strutturale e rigidità del cockpit, elemento cruciale quando si pedala a wattaggi elevati in posizione aero.
